Puff, puff, pass this bill

There's something that's rising faster than gas prices these days: marijuana use (and perhaps there's a correlation between the two?). According to USA Today, marijuana use among college students rose from 27.9 percent in 1993 to 33.3 percent in 2005. And that statistic is only getting higher. (continue)
